The much awaited Sports Day was held on 30th January 2020, with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere in Smt. S. P. Kothari English Medium B.Ed. College. A great interest was observed among the student-teachers and the professors. The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way with the oath being administered by Dr. Neelu Ghosh, the principal of D. D. Choksi College of Secondary Education, Mrs. Arpana Tripathi, the I/C principal of Smt. S. P. Kothari English Medium B.Ed. College, the GS and LR of both the colleges and the sports committee incharges of both the colleges.This was entailed by the races wherein the participants participated with full verve and vigour. It was a delight to see the excitement with which the students challenged themselves to attempt a variety of races such as sack race, Jalebi Race, 100 Meter Race, Relay Race,etc. The other fun-filled games were also organized like discuss throw, Javelin throw, Tug of war, kho-kho, etc. The principal mam were highly pleased at the performance of student-teachers. The student-teachers enjoyed the delicious Gulab-Jamun and Chhole Puri.
